Larry and Penny Ford have been working very hard to set up fundraising for our group. Fundraising is completely voluntary and only if you choose to raise money for your family and LAHA to use for certain LAHA expenses. Our fundraising is used for expenses to the program like tournaments, travel, and equipment costs.
We have 2 types of fundraisers - general fund and player specific, most will be player specific. The general fund is a type of fundraiser where we use the money for a general expense account associated with tournament, travel and equipment.
A player specific fundraiser is where 70% of the net money raised by a player and their family goes directly to their families account for tournaments and travel, the other 30% goes toward general tournament and travel.
All financial information for LAHA is always available. 100% of the money we receive goes toward paying expenses for the kids games, tournaments, equipment, etc.
This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. 1 Corinthians 4:1
